UPPSC OTR Registration Process – Step-by-Step Guide
Start now, filling the UPPSC GIC Lecturer online form
Step 1: Access the Website
Visit https://otr.pariksha.nic.in to open the One Time Registration (OTR) homepage.
Step 2: Initial Registration of UPPSC GIC Lecturer Recruitment 2025
- Enter your email ID and mobile number.
- Click on “Get OTP”.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile.
- Click on “Verify” to confirm your details.
Step 3: Upload Photo & Signature
Click on the “Upload Photo and Signature” option, upload the required images, and save them.
Step 4: Personal Details
Now start , Fill in essential information such as:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Father’s Name
- Mother’s Name
- Gender
- Caste
- Domicile State, etc.
Enter the captcha code and click “Register” to save your details.
Step 5: Additional Details
Enter all required Other Personal and Communication Details, then click “Submit”.
Step 6: Get Your OTR Number
Click “Get OTR (Immediately)” to receive your OTR number instantly.
Step 7: Final Submission
Before applying for any post, ensure that you complete “Lock and Final Submit” for your OTR profile.
UPPSC OTR-Based Online Application Process
Step 1: Access the Online Application Portal
Visit https://uppsc.up.nic.in to reach the UPPSC homepage.
Step 2: Read Notifications
Before applying, go to the “All Notifications/Advertisements” section and carefully read the relevant notification published on the website or in employment newspapers.
Step 3: Choose the Advertisement
- Click on “All Notifications/Advertisements” to see the complete list.
- Select the desired post and click “Apply”, ensuring you meet the eligibility criteria.
Step 4: Authenticate with OTR
Click “Authenticate with OTR” for the chosen post. Once authentication is complete, the Online Application Form Submission (Based on OTR) page will open. Click “Proceed”.
Step 5: Enter Qualification Details
Fill in the qualification details and select any applicable age relaxation as per the notification. Enter the verification code and click “Proceed for Entering Other Details”.
Step 6: Candidate Dashboard Login
Click “Kindly Proceed further for Candidate Dashboard Login” to access the UPPSC dashboard.
Step 7: Complete Part-II of the Form
Under the applied post, click “Submit Details (Part II)” and:
- Accept the declaration.
- Enter any Preferred/Other Qualification Details.
- Fill the captcha code and click “Preview Form”.
- If all details are correct, click “Submit Application Form”.
- If corrections are needed, click “Edit”, make changes, and resubmit.
Fee Payment Process
Step 1: Fee Confirmation
After submitting the form, a Fee Confirmation Window will appear. Click “Yes” to proceed.
Step 2: Payment Methods
You can pay the application fee via:
- Credit Card / Debit Card
- Internet Banking
- UPI
- SBI e-Challan
Step 3: Challan Payment
If paying via SBI e-Challan:
- Download the challan.
- Pay at any SBI branch.
- After payment, log in to the Candidate Dashboard and verify payment status through “Reconcile Your Payment through Double Verification Mode”.
Step 4: Pending Payment
If you cannot pay immediately, log in later during the fee payment period and complete payment via “Pending Fee Payment” under your application.
Important: Your UPPSC GIC Lecturer application will be treated as incomplete until the fee is paid.
Application Modification & Data Sync
If incorrect details were entered during the application of UPPSC GIC Lecturer Recruitment 2025:
- Complete the form and make payment.
- Modify permitted details in OTR.
- Log in via the UPPSC Candidate Dashboard and click “Sync App Data” to update your form.
Final Instructions

- Admission to the examination is provisional and subject to verification of original documents at later stages.
- Modifications can be made only up to the last date for corrections.
- Complete both Part-I and Part-II of the application before the last date mentioned in the advertisement. Once the deadline passes, the link will be disabled.
