Eligibility Criteria

• Technician Apprentice (Mechanical/Electrical/Telecom & Instrumentation): 3-year Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Trade Apprentice (HR): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Trade Apprentice (Accountant): B.Com. Degree.
• Data Entry Operator (Fresher): 12th Pass (below Graduate).
• Domestic Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders): 12th Pass with Skill Certificate in Data Entry.

Note: 1. Candidates must have passed the qualification before 31.08.2025.
2. Candidates with higher qualifications like B.Tech, MBA, CA, MCA are not eligible.

Age Limit (as on 31.08.2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 24 years
• Age relaxation:
  • SC/ST – 5 years
  • OBC (NCL) – 3 years
  • PwBD – 10 years (additional relaxation for SC/ST/OBC PwBD).

Stipend

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and IOCL guidelines.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on Merit List prepared from marks in qualifying examinations.
• No written test or interview will be conducted.
• In case of a tie, preference will be given to candidates with higher age or matriculation marks.
