1. Nationality & Domicile
- Applicant must be Indian citizen.
- Must be a native resident of the district (Janpad) where applying.
- Valid domicile certificate required.
2. Educational Qualification
- 10th Pass (High School) from a recognized board.
- Appearing candidates (currently in Class 10) are not eligible.
