Job Profile of Executive (GDS)

• Achieve monthly revenue targets through direct sales.
• Organize customer acquisition and financial literacy events.
• Support GDS and IPPB officers in business generation.
• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners.
• Conduct awareness programs and customer campaigns.
• Assist in operations and lead generation activities.

Salary and Benefits Of India Post Payments Bank

• Monthly Pay: ₹30,000 (inclusive of all allowances and deductions)
• Increment: Annual increment and incentives based on performance.
• No other allowances such as HRA or DA are applicable.

Selection Process Of India Post Payments Bank

1. Merit-Based Selection:
   • Based on graduation percentage.
2. Preference Order:
   • If two candidates have equal marks, seniority in service at DoP will be considered.
   • If seniority is also same, then older candidate will be selected.
3. Document Verification:
   • Candidates must provide vigilance clearance and penalty statement.

Tenure of Engagement
