- Visit Official Website
Go to www.rrcpryj.org - Register / Sign Up
- Click on “Apply Online for Act Apprentice 2025”.
- Enter your Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Aadhaar Number / Enrollment ID.
- Create a password and login credentials.
- Fill Application Form
- Enter personal details (Name, Father’s name, DOB, Category, etc.).
- Enter educational details (10th Class Marks, ITI Marks, Trade).
- Select preferred Division / Workshop / Trade from available vacancies.
- Upload scanned photo & signature (as per size mentioned).
- Upload Documents (PDF/JPG format)
- 10th (SSC/Matriculation) Marksheet.
- ITI Marksheet & Certificate (NCVT/SCVT).
- Date of Birth proof (10th Certificate or School Leaving Certificate).
- Caste Certificate (if SC/ST/OBC/EWS).
- PwBD Certificate (if applicable).
- Ex-Servicemen/Armed Forces Certificate (if applicable).
- Recent Photograph & Signature.
- Pay Application Fee (if applicable)
- ₹100 (UR/OBC/EWS Male).

- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification & Medical Fitness.

RRC NCR Apprentice 2025 Selection Process
- Merit List Preparation
- Selection will be purely on merit basis.
- Merit list will be prepared by taking the average percentage of marks in:
- 10th / Matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks), and
- ITI Trade Exam (all semesters).
- Both 10th and ITI marks will carry equal weightage.
- Shortlisting
- Candidates will be shortlisted to the extent of 1.5 times the number of vacancies for Document Verification.
- Tie-Breaking Rules (in case of same marks):
- Candidate with older age will be preferred.
- If age is also same, the one who passed 10th earlier will be preferred.
- No Written Exam / Interview
- There will be no written test or viva. Selection is strictly merit-based.
- Document Verification
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
- All original certificates must be produced (10th, ITI, Caste, PwBD, EWS, etc.).
- Medical Fitness Certificate (Annexure H) must be submitted.
- Final Merit List
- Prepared Division-wise, Trade-wise, and Category-wise (UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS).
- Candidates will be allotted slots based on merit and preference.
- Standby List
- A waiting list will be prepared.
- Candidates from the standby list will be considered if selected candidates are absent, unfit, or rejected.

- Final selection is subject to original document verification & medical fitness.
- Apprenticeship is only for training purpose. It does not guarantee a job in Railways after completion.

- Marks Considered:

Salary (Stipend) for RRC NCR Apprentice 2025
- Selected candidates will undergo Apprenticeship Training for 1 year.
- During training, they will get a stipend.

- Exact amount (₹ per month) is not mentioned in this notification.
