Essential Qualifications

1. Degree from a recognized University in India.

4. Minimum 5 years’ regular service as Private Secretary/Senior PA/PA/Senior Stenographer in Govt./PSU/Statutory bodies.

NOTE: Additional weightage of 3 marks will be given to candidates holding a Law Degree.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of the following stages:

1. Shorthand (English) Test – 120 w.p.m. for 7 minutes (transcription in 45 minutes).
   • Maximum Marks: 100 | Qualifying Marks: 50
   • Mistake tolerance: up to 5%
2. Objective Written Test – 100 questions (2 hours).
   • General English (25), General Knowledge (25), Constitution (25), Supreme Court Rules 2013 (15), Computer Knowledge (10)
   • Maximum Marks: 100 | Qualifying Marks: 50 (General), 45 (Reserved)
3. Typing Test on Computer – 40 w.p.m. speed required.
   • Maximum Marks: 20 | Qualifying Marks: 10 (General), 5 (Reserved)
4. Interview – Maximum 30 Marks (Qualifying: 15 for General, 13 for Reserved).
